Inventory

  • Parts – On the parts detail screen, security for the adjust inventory button was not correctly following user permissions in some situations. (7/21)

Maintenance

  • Equipment – Improvements to the QR code label to prevent spill over to second page. (7/14)
  • Work Orders – Fixed issue where RFO codes could be cleared when completing a project (7/28)

Project Management

  • Master Project – Fixed issue where numbering auto numbering schemes could cause naming conflicts across multi-site systems. (7/7)
  • Task / Audit / Planned Maintenance – Fixed rendering of task questions when viewing on mobile (auto-grow text fields and improved visibility of radio button options). (7/14)
  • Task / Audit / Planned Maintenance – Fixed issue where assignment icon may not have appeared if no employee given on an Audit / Task Assignment. (7/14)
  • When reporting on Tasks / Audits / Planned Maintenance, added links on the task name to allow jumping directly to given task / audit / PM.  (7/21)

Human Resources

  • Employee – When searching using the search field in the toolbar on the employee list page, going to a detail page and navigating back to the list page now retains the last search. (7/7)
  • News and Events (Communications) – Fixed issue with Photo uploader showing when in insert mode. (7/14)
  • News and Events (Communications) – Fixed issue where records without a Communication Number field would not open (7/28)
  • News and Events (Communications) – Updated list page to ensure records are only visible if the user has access to at least one of the associated sites. (7/28)

Continuous Improvement

  • Leader Standard Work – Fixed issue with Leader Standard Work recurrence, where weekly items continued to regenerate even if the original LSW had been deleted. (7/14)

General

  • Launch pad – Added a new app for TaskMT (Planned Maintenance). (7/7)
  • Discussions – Added a confirmation dialog on discussions to remind users if they have not added any other users to the discussion. (7/14)

Project Management

  • Project – New setting to allow requests to be viewable by everyone instead of just requestors and approvers. This can be configured on the project type list management form. (7/7)

Continuous Improvement

  • Leader Standard Work – When completing an Audit from a Leader Standard Work, there is now a button on the project page to return back to the Leader Standard Work. (7/7)

Human Resources

  • News and Events – Added a News and Events (Communication) Feed that shows all the available and current communication records in one scrolling feed. (7/7)
  • News and Events Feed – Made title link back to the original detail item. Show bulletin on feed and add bulletin indicator. (7/7)
  • News and Events – Changed layout of fields on top left side of form to show the new Communication Number field first, then Communication summary, then Date up/down fields. (7/7)
  • News and Events – Added User Defined Fields and Communication Number fields to the form. (7/7)
  • News and Events – Added ability to select multiple sites. (7/14)
  • News and Events – Added Sites and Image to the Grid (list) view (7/28)

Administration / Company

  • User Accounts – Added select employee record fields to the User Account list view. (7/7)
  • Site Detail – Moved Next SDS and Add Next Communication to new section on details page to clarify those settings apply to all sites. (7/7)

  • Gages – Added QR label printing option. When the QR code is scanned, it navigates to the Gage detail page. (7/7)
