FIXED

General

  • Fixed SQL errors for older (Pre 2016) versions of SQL Server. (6/3)
  • Change Column Layout – When opening change column layout, could not delete named view if it came up by default. (6/24)
  • Attachments – Added a new tab for adding Controlled Docs as attachment to other areas of Thrive (6/17)

Inventory

  • Part – Fixed issue when inserting new parts the page did not save the Site association in some cases. (6/3)
  • Inventory Move – Fixed issue with inventory move transaction that may have gotten stuck in a recursive loop. (6/24)

Company

  • Controlled Docs – If special characters entered in the doc title, the print document would not work. (6/3)

Continuous Improvement

  • Goal Board – Fixed Yellow background on Qty Actual field in list view (6/17)
  • Goal Board – The Current Mode options on the Goal Board Start and Edit Production forms now follow the Goal Board Options settings when determining the available Current Run Mode list options. The Default value can be set in Form Security Using Setup, Maint, Run, or Idle (6/17)

  • Moved Product Group List from Engineering to Inventory Module  (6/17)

Notifications

  • Andon – Added new Goal Board Andon Escalation notifications. The notifications are not active by default and will need to be set to active by the admin (6/17)

Administration

  • Form Security – Added additional summary views of security settings (6/3)
  • Company Links – The Company Links on the Home Launchpad can now be hidden using the Control Panel page (6/10)

Reports

  • Chart Data Labels – Added formatting control for Chart Data Labels (6/10)

Quality

  • NCR / SCRAP / A3 Log – Add location field (6/3)

Safety

  • SOP – Added user defined fields to the Safe Operating Procedures (6/10)
  • SOP – Equipment, Department, Cost Center fields now allow multiple values (6/17)

Inventory

  • Purchasing Suggestions – The quantities list now shows “Other” location with quantities in addition to the current location (6/17)

Project Management

  • All project modules now have the Print report option. Security is granted in Form Security. (6/17)

  • Assignments Checklist Item Selection – If the summary field was hidden, a checklist item could not be selected (5/6)
  • Assignments – Added User Defined Fields to the assignment pages (5/6)
  • Help Docs – Fixed issue that prevented Help Docs for sources with underscore “_” in the name. Primarily affected custom pages (5/6)
  • Removed Save and Add button on Assignments when in View mode (5/13)

Continuous Improvement

  • Fixed discussion button on Leader Standard Work (5/13)

Maintenance

  • When updating equipment, if the location was longer than 30 characters the text would be truncated. (5/13)

Reports

  • Fixed issue when both a chart category and series were specified, that the chart ordering was not preserved. (5/13)
  • Fixed issue where global dashboard filtering was not preserved if a global dashboard filter was applied and then the report was drilled down on. (5/13)
  • Fixed an issue where radar charts would not appear correctly if there was more than one summary operation. (5/20)

Integrations

  • Device – Adjusted the device cycle data integration process to account for Parts per Operation settings on the goal board. For goal boards based on operations rates, each device cycle will increment in the amount of the Parts per Operation field (5/20)

  • Enabled sorting flexibility for the kanban board. (5/20)

Project Management

  • All Task Items – Task Items that are not associated with a project can have attachments associated with them.  (5/6)
  • All Task Items – User Defined Fields added to Task Item Assignments. (5/6)

  • Audits – Fixed issue for responses with Text data type when handling blank values (11/5)
  • Audits / Tasks / PM –  The Task (aka Audit and PM) Assignments can now be associated with a specific location when generating one project per location on the task. If no location is specified the assignment will be added to all locations just as it has in the past. (11/5)
  • Project – Added logic that does not allow users to complete Task Sets unless all Required Task Items are filled out. (11/5)
  • Tasks/Audits – Fixed an issue where Optional Fields only flowed through to the project if there was a required field present (11/19)

  • Meter Log – The Incremental Value was not correctly displaying for meters using the REPLACE method after a rollover (11/5)

  • Leader Standard Work – Can now collapse items that have an apostrophe in the name. (9/10)

General

  • Launch Pad – Resourcified Launch Pads. Fixed a CSS styling issue related to Telerik controls upgrade. (9/10)
  • Launch Pad – The Home Launch Pad can now be edited if a role/user permissions was given to it. (9/17)

Inventory

  • In Parts, when adding equipment to a Purchased Part, the field was missing the equipment description so the search was only showing the equipment number. (9/03)
  • On the Inventory on Hand page, the manufacturer field now displays the manufacturer’s name along with the ID for improved display and searching. (9/17)
  • Cycle Counting – Make sure the columns in cycle counting detail are wide enough to show all of the part data. (9/17)

Maintenance

  • Spare Parts – The Part Number list in the spare parts set up form was showing/searching only the part number. The part description has now been added as well. (9/10)

Project Management

  • Fixed edit button styling on request pages with task items (9/10)
  • For all tasks / audits, when entering numeric values the displayed values was rounded to two decimals. The value will now show as entered. (9/17)
  • On project list pages, the Assignments fields would appear twice in the “Advanced Search’ field lookup. (9/24)

Quality

  • Fixed issue where A3 Log Discussions icon on the list page may not show that a discussion exists even though one or more appears in the detail page. (9/17)
  • For NCR’s, when emailing a single nonconformance report from the nonconformance page, the attached file name will include the NCR number.  (9/17)

  • When scanning employees into training, it will now use the default value in form security to determine whether they are scanned in as Pass or Fail. (9/03)

Inventory

  • In Parts, Additional Part Label Printing Option for roll of 2 x 1 labels.  This is now the default option. (9/03)
  • On Hand Inventory – Added Part Manufacturer to the list of read only fields for the grid and search. (9/10)

Project Management

  • Audit/Task/Preventative Maintenance – Adding Skip Logic feature to task/audit questions. This feature allows questions to be skipped/shown/hidden based on the response to a prior question. (9/10)
  • Completed By field has been added to the major project and project detail pages and is automatically populated when a project is set to complete. (9/24)

  • Leader Standard Work – Added ability to edit rows that the user has manually added. (9/10)
